Step 1: Select “Book and calculate your price” and design your stay at Debla by selecting your preferred course as well as your accommodation type and airport shuttle-service (if required). Complete the dates, your personal details and submit the form.

Step 2: We will send you a confirmation e-mail.

Step 3: You have the option to pay either the complete course cost or to pay a 100 € deposit. Your registration is valid only on receipt of this deposit. Should you require accommodation, an additional deposit of 80 € is required. The deposit should be paid within two weeks from receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit paid will be deducted from the total invoice. Payment can be made by bank transfer. Any bank charges will be incurred by the student.

Step 4: We will send you a payment confirmation e-mail on receipt of the payment and you our student guide as well as information regarding the airport transfer.

Payment terms: The final payment should be made by bank-transfer before the course starts or on the first day of the course by cash or credit card.


Please refer to the different discount options available. (Referral discount, student discounts etc.). Discounts are not cumulative.


The school should be notified of any cancellation in writing. The date of the e-mail will determine the cancellation date. If notice of cancellation is given at least 40 days prior to beginning your course, 100% of the payment received will be refunded, except for 60 € administrative costs. Should you cancel later than this, Debla reserves the right to retain the deposit, but will refund any other fees already transferred. In cases where students have paid the full amount for course and accommodation, our refund conditions are as follows:

  • – Between 15 and 30 days´ notice before the course starts: Debla will retain 25% of the amount paid.
  • – Between 8 and 14 days´ notice before the course starts: Debla will retain 50% of the amount paid.
  • – Between 4 & 7 days´ notice before the course starts: Debla will retain 75% of the amount paid.

Should cancellation take place 4 days or less before the course starts, no refunds will be issued. Once the course has started, there are strictly no refunds for either course or accommodation.


Debla guarantees the realization of all Spanish courses offered.


If you are staying in our shared on-site apartment or other shared apartments, a fully refundable deposit of 30€ should be paid on the first day of school.  This will be refunded once the accommodation is left in the same conditions as it was found. If for any reason the student should wish to change accommodation during their stay, please inform us in the school office.


The school offers health and travel cancellation insurance for an additional cost. For more information contact the school:
